|Donate||Community Grant Fund
The Community Grant Fund allows the Board of Trustees to address a broad range of local needs-including future needs that often cannot be anticipated at the time a gift is made. The board evaluates all aspects of community well-being: arts and culture, economic development, education, environment, health and human services, neighborhood revitalization and more. The flexibility of unrestricted gifts enables the Community Foundation's Board of Trustees to respond to the community's most pressing needs, today and tomorrow.

|Donate||Taft Class of '72 Touchstone Scholarship
Hamilton Taft Class of ’72 was a special group of “kids”. One of the largest classes to graduate from Taft. There were no “super-stars” that dominated the class. Everyone pitched in to make the class great. They had their groups or cliques but those groups intermingled regularly. In looking back over the list of classmates, they have all been successful. Some are financially successful. Others are professionally success. Some have built a successful family life. According to Jim Fitton and Carol Lauer Christian, in some form or other, we are successful! In that spirit, the Taft Class of '72 is giving back to Hamilton through this scholarship for graduating seniors from Hamilton High School. They encourage other senior classes to give back by creating a scholarship fund at the Hamilton Community Foundation.

This fund was established to support the on-going maintenance of Marcum Park. The six acre park sits on the site of the former Mercy Hospital. “That ground has meaning for our family,” said Joe Marcum, who says three of their children were born at the former Mercy Hospital. “The hospital may not be there anymore but the memories sure are.” The park was a generous gift from the Marcum family in 2016 . “I want it to be a park that is both utilitarian and a thing of beauty,” said Joe Marcum. Marcum Park has become a central gathering place for the community and has promoted the health and well-being of the community, leading to a destination point for families.
